HOA Transition - Board Elections
The Board of Directors of the Redmond Ridge East Homeowners Association, currently consists of five directors, two directors are homeowners, and three directors are appointed by the Murray Franklin, the Declarant.
On October 24th, 2019, the Declarant will step down and the control of the Association be fully transferred to the homeowners. The transition meeting has been scheduled as follow:

Location: Ella Baker Elementary School, 9595 Eastridge Dr NE, Redmond, WA 98053
The purpose of the transition meeting is to elect a Board of Directors comprised of five board members from the community.
The Board is responsible for administering, maintaining and repairing the common area and facilities, approving the Annual Budget, establishing and collecting all assessments, supervising the overall architectural control, securing the appropriate levels of insurance and contracting for all related services necessary to maintain common areas and facilities owned by the Association, including contracting for professional management services.
The Governing Documents of the Association require that at least 10% of the homeowners are present in person or by proxy at the meeting in order to hold elections. If you are unable to attend please return the proxy available on this page to redmondridgeeast@navigatecm.com.
