Annual Meeting 2024

 

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 at 7 pm PST via a Zoom Meeting and in person at Ella Baker Elementary School (in the library). Please login to the portal to register to the Annual Meeting if you plan to attend via Zoom.

This year, two board positions are up for election. The election will be held via electronic ballots. The following Board Members' positions are ending:

  • Daniel Takacs

  • Richard Hagemeyer

​

The Board of Directors is responsible for administering, maintaining, and repairing the common areas and facilities, approving the Annual Budget, establishing and collecting all assessments, supervising the overall architectural control, securing the appropriate levels fo insurance, and contracting for all related services necessary to maintain the common areas and facilities owed y the Association.

Board members are required to:

  • Act in the best interest of the Association

  • Abide by the Governing Documents of the Association. 

  • Attend regular Board meetings (currently held monthly)

  • Review financial reports

  • Approve Architectural Requests

  • Interact with other Board members and management professionally
