What Is Sealcoating?

 Important Parking & Access Information

  • Homes with garage access through alleys will experience temporary loss of garage access during alley sealcoating for a full 24h

  • A detailed map showing specific alley closure dates will be shared once provided by the contractor.

  • If you need to use your vehicle on a day your alley is being treated, please move your car to street parking in advance.

  • Do NOT park in fire lanes or areas marked “No Parking” to ensure access for emergency vehicles.

 Additional Tips & Reminders:

  • Avoid walking or driving on freshly sealed areas until they’re reopened. Doing so may damage the surface.

  • Respect all cones, barricades, signage, and crew instructions for your safety.

  • Keep pets away from work zones and sealed surfaces until they are dry.

  • Expect temporary noise, odor, and minor disruptions during active work.
