Annual Meeting 2020
The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, October 27th at 7 pm PST via a Zoom Meeting.
This year, 2 board positions are up for election. The election will be held via mail-in and electronic ballots.
The Board of Directors is responsible for administering, maintaining, and repairing the common areas and facilities, approving the Annual Budget, establishing and collecting all assessments, supervising the overall architectural control, securing the appropriate levels fo insurance, and contracting for all related services necessary to maintain the common areas and facilities owed y the Association.
Board members are required to:
Act in the best interest of the Association
Abide by the Governing Documents of the Association.
Attend regular Board meetings (currently held monthly)
Review financial reports
Approve Architectural Requests
Interact with other Board members and management professionally
